Leanne Valdes has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Carthage College and an MA in Educational Leadership from San Jose State University. She has been an event planner for over a decade, running her own business out of the Geneva area called You Name It Events. Leanne joined Mrs. Whitted’s team in 2021 to assist with marketing and special events. She serves on the board of directors for a non-profit called Crossroads Kids Club, the advisory board for Fox Valley Food for Health, has volunteered for local festivals such as The Scarecrow Festival and more. For fun, she enjoys cheering on her favorite Chicago sports teams and spending time with her niece and nephews. If there’s a trip to plan or take, she’s the first one to book the flight as travel is one of her favorite things to do!
